Academic Counselling
The computing science program coordinator provides academic counselling services.
This service includes:
- Advising current computing science students on their study plan and course selection.
- Checking and confirming that the student has completed the pre-requisites of a course before approving any course.
- In cases that a student has not completed the pre-requisites of a course, the program coordinator will seek written approval from the course instructor and implement course instructor’s recommendations.
- Approving course schedules for students in computing science programs.
- Liaising with the Admissions office regarding student applications to computing science programs.
- Liaising with Academic Advising regarding students interested in computing science programs.

Join us to explore research ideas and opportunities and to support our student researchers as they share the results of their research. Science students from all areas of Science will be presenting posters from projects completed through Honours, Directed Studies, Undergraduate Research Experience Award Program (UREAP), and other research programs.

Date: Tuesday, April 14
Time: 12:30–2:30 p.m.
Location: Second floor, Science Building
SUPER is designed to inspire early-year science students by highlighting what senior students have achieved. First, second, and third-year Science students are encouraged to come discover the many research opportunities available to them throughout their degree.
